The British Gas Help the Aged Senior Safety Campaign was saddenedto read reports concerning the attack by a bogus caller on the 96year-old woman from Southmead.
We were devastated to read about the viciousness of this terribleattack and feel it highlights the need for practical schemes toprotect our older population.
